Let’s Roll!

Summer is here! (Okay not really b ut close) and I cannot tell you how excited I am getting about the 2012 log rolling season!
A big weekend for Madison Log Rolling is coming up!
Log Recarpeting EXTRAVAGANZA this Saturday!

Maybe not the most exciting party you have ever been do, BUT it's finally nice outside and time to get the Madison Log Rolling logs ready for Lake Wingra!

Hopefully weather cooperates (if not, rain date is Sunday afternoon April 15th after the Capitol Splash contest) and we will spend the day from 10am to 5pm (or as long as you are able to stay) painting and gluing new carpet onto the log rolling logs.
What do you get for attending this exciting event? Unlimited food, beer (if you are of age), and log rolling and boom running!

When: Saturday April 14th 10am - 5pm (or whenever we finish!)
Where: Wingra Canoe and Sailing Center: 824 Knickerbocker St, Madison, WI 53716
What to bring: Rubber gloves, Hand-held sander, Crowbar, any form of scrapers, grout floats (if you have any of these).

If we get enough of us out there things should move pretty quickly and it will actually be fun!

Capitol Splash Amateur Log Rolling Tournament THIS SUNDAY!

Join us for a great competition right here in Madison! This is a FANTASTIC tournament for beginners. And as always... pizza following competition!
