Third Place!!!

Last night the weather was horrible. Mid 30’s, with rain and sleet. But it was time for the Meriter Nurses’ Run! I ran the 10K and felt pretty darn good. We did the arb loop, which goes right by our house. Ken wrote “Go Shana!” in tape on our window, and was there cheering with Frankie while I ran by.

I ended up placing 3rd in my age division… which was the toughest division! I think this marathon training is really making a difference!
